By the Bay Land Design was established in 2015 in the Hamptons with the ambition to create covetable gardens and elevated landscapes.  Gustavo Gonzalez, the founder and principal, gradually grew the company from his irrigation business to a full-service land management firm specializing in curated garden and landscape creation, custom stonework, and outdoor living spaces.  Gustavo has cultivated niche specialists that work collectively to achieve superior results for his clients.
